Before School Care: cancellations made within 7 days of a booking will incur full charge.

After School Care: cancellations made within 7 days of a booking will incur full charge.

Vacation Care: Once a booking is made, cancellations will incur a fee unless a doctor’s certificate is provided for your child. There is also no swapping of days once booked.  Any bookings made during the school holidays will incur an additional $5 per day per child late booking fee.

Pupil Free Days: Once a booking is made, cancellations will incur a fee unless a doctor’s certificate is provided for your child.
